To serve the growing number of retailers interested in working with Minted I was put in charge of leading all brand and design needs for Minted’s sales team.

Starting with an initial catalog and landing page we had a successful launch at the National Stationery Show and continuing to attend events from industry leading events like NY Now to smaller more focused networking opportunities. Our sales team signed up many SMB clients and developed relationships with a variety of large brands—ultimately signing successful deals with companies such as Target, Nordstroms, Barnes & Nobels, TJ Maxx and more, leading to the development of our first wholesale packaging, in-store signage and more.

 
 

COVER ART DIRECTION

The goal of the cover art was to showcase the breadth of Minted’s wholesale offerings. Because Minted was well known as a stationery company, it was important to hero the new fabric goods that customers would be less familiar with. By sprinkling in a selection of Minted’s stationery offerings, including the new greeting card format expected to be a major wholesale opportunity, we grounded the image in products potential partners were more likely to expect.
